Blue Exorcist: Shimane Illuminati Saga Anime Coming January 2024

Blue Exorcist: Shimane Illuminati Saga is the upcoming third season of the popular anime series Blue Exorcist. It is based on Kazue Kato's manga of the same name and will adapt the manga's sixth major story arc. The anime is scheduled to premiere in January 2024.

The new season will feature the return of the original voice cast, including Nobuhiko Okamoto as Rin Okumura, Jun Fukuyama as Yukio Okumura, and Kana Hanazawa as Shiemi Moriyama. The production team is also largely the same, with Daisuke Yoshida returning to direct, Toshiya Ono handling the series composition, and Yurie Oohigashi serving as character designer and chief animation director. Kohta Yamamoto and Hiroyuki Sawano are also returning to compose the music.
